The conference hall hosts academic conferences,
conferences, press conferences, and other events,
as well as East Asian Studies Institute educational programs.
It also features a separate video room that can be used as
a reception area or small group meeting space.
There is a seminar room available for special events and various seminars.
Books published by the East Asia Research Institute are displayed at the entrance.
The second floor features office space for researchers,
including work desks and spaces for small meetings.
The third floor consists of a medium-sized conference room for seminars,
project meetings, and group discussions,
as well as the Chairman's Office and Director's Office.
The rooftop of the East Asia Research Institute features
a modestly landscaped garden and panoramic views of Inwangsan Mountain.
