The East Asia Institute (EAI) is launching EAI Global, a policy report platform powered by AI agents.
Each day, EAI Global monitors more than 600 data sources covering 192 countries to identify the most consequential global and regional developments. EAI researchers then add their own analysis and review to produce in-depth policy reports. All reports are published simultaneously in eight languages, including Korean, allowing readers around the world to access timely analysis informed by perspectives from Korea and the Asia-Pacific.
AI handles large-scale information gathering, while EAI researchers are responsible for planning, analysis, and policy recommendations. All source materials collected by AI are clearly cited, and reports are written on the basis of verified sources alone, helping to safeguard the accuracy and reliability of the analysis. With EAI Global, EAI is taking a first step toward a new model of policy knowledge production—one that combines the scale and speed of AI with the judgment and expertise of human researchers.
We invite you to follow EAI Global as this new initiative unfolds.
