The East Asia Institute (EAI) and the Asia Democracy Research Network (ADRN) participated in Forum 2000, held in Prague, Czech Republic, from October 12–14, 2026, where they discussed the future of democracy and a sustainable international order with the Prague Security Studies Institute (PSSI) and the Association for International Affairs (AMO). In Brussels, Belgium, the delegation continued these discussions with the Heinrich Böll Foundation and the Centre for Security, Diplomacy and Strategy (CSDS) at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
