East Asia Institute (EAI) held the 38th Smart Talk Forum with Dr. Evelyn Goh on Monday, March 24, 2014. Dr. Goh is the Shedden Professor of Strategic Policy Studies at the Strategic & Defence Studies Centre of the Australian National University (ANU). At the forum, participants discussed on Dr. Goh’s new framework of understanding towards the international order in post-cold war East Asia.
