Korea Friendship
East Asia Institute (EAI) is hosting the KF-EAI Korea Friendship project, sponsored by Korea Foundation (KF) and Samyang Holdings Corporation, offering educational and networking opportunities to international students residing in Korea.
Finance Specialist Kang Chan-Soo discussed Korea's need to solve its economic issues and explained measures to do in the context of abrupt changes in the global environment caused by technology developments, globalization, geopolitics, and the growing influence of special interest groups. He explained that Korea must nimbly pursue a path to the future where industry must adjust its culture and value innovation. He emphasized that creating jobs for young people is the central issue for the Korean economy and that a new social consensus must be reached.
