Cheong Wa Dae on Thursday announced a 10-member civilian panel that will offer advice to President Park Geun-hye on North Korea, national security and other foreign policy issues.
The panel consists of former senior officials, renowned scholars and experts, including former Unification Minister Kang In-duk; former Seoul National University professor Ha Young-sun; and Lee Sook-jong, head of the think-tank East Asia Institute.
