Taiwan Foundation for Democracy(TFD) conducted the 4th interview of ADRN project "Sharing Our Practices for Better Governance." TFD interviewed deputy commissioner of Taipei City, Xu Min-Juan, who is in charge of Taipei City's "participatory budgeting."
