The East Asia Institute (EAI) and the Korea Foundation (KF) launched “KF-EAI Korea Friendship,” an educational program for international students.

On July 4th, International Politics Scholar Young-Sun Ha delivered the fifth lecture of the Korea Friendship Academicus during which he talked about Korean diplomacy. He covered the overall diplomatic relations among South Korea, North Korea, China, Japan, and the United States, and emphasized the importance of “complex diplomacy” in resolving conflicts in East Asia.

The lecture was followed by an hour-long Q&A session during which the students were able to discuss possible solutions to diplomatic issues surrounding East Asia with Professor Ha.
