main
The newest issue of the U.S.-China Relations Briefing entitled “Ending on a High Note?” summarizes the most important subjects addressed by the U.S. and China in the final month of 2015. Notable strides were made on some issues such as the WTO Information Technology Agreement and, as last month’s issue foreshadowed, China is attempting to bring the warring parties in Syria together to discuss peace. However, the two great powers remained apart on other pressing issues such as how to address the human rights situation in North Korea. pc   mobile
