East Asia Institute (EAI) hosted an international conference titled “Coping wth Security Challenges in the Post COVID-19 World: Climate Change, Pandemic, Economic and Cyberspace Security” on December 11 and 12. During the session “Health Security and the Global Vaccine Supply Chain,” three presentations addressing the implications of China’s quarantine policy and vaccine diplomacy, the change in the global vaccine supply chain, and the vaccine diplomacy strategies of China and India toward Global South countries were provided, followed by discussions about each presentation.
