Political Reform in Korea
Books | 2003-12-25
Compiled by Yun-Jung Lee
This book is the product of several seminars with the former and the incumbent prime ministries, cabinet members and the National Assemblymen during the initial phase of the research for political reform. The EAI research team endeavors to comprehensively address the existing theoretical and empirical discussion about institutional reform of election, party and Assembly, and integrate a policy-relevant alternative. Seminars in which the former and the incumbent prime ministries, cabinet members and presidential secretaries participate contribute to a lively conversation among scholars and policy makers. The seminars play an important role in integrating empirical discussion originating from real politics into theoretical approaches about institutional reforms.
