
Asia Democracy Research Network Inaugural Meeting and Workshop
Asia Democracy Research Network | Events | 2013-11-25
On behalf of the Asia Democracy Network (ADN), which the East Asia Institute (EAI) has been a main driving force in establishing, EAI launched the Asia Democracy Research Network (ADRN) Inaugural Meeting and Workshop in Seoul from November 26 to 26, 2013.
At the workshop, working-level specialists and scholars in democracy-related research think tanks from countries such as India, Indonesia, Japan, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, the U.S., and South Korea discussed the roles and challenges of think tanks in democracy-related issues, democracy performance and challenges in their respective countries, and the future agenda of the ADRN.
