"An Intergenerational, Candid Discussion by EAI: Korea-Japan Relations, Where Are We Headed?": On August 28, EAI hosted an open forum entitled, "Korea-Japan Relations, Where Are We Headed?" Throughout the session, panelists discussed the future of bilateral relations from both inter- and intra-generational standpoints. Around 100 individuals attended the session, which was led by Young-sun Ha(Chairman of the Board of Trustees, EAI; Professor Emeritus, Seoul National University), Yul Sohn(President, EAI; Professor, Yonsei University), Hong-Koo Lee(former prime minister of the Republic of Korea), Sang-yong Choi(former ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Japan), Dae-geun Lee(Editorial Advisor, The Kyunghyang Shinmun), Hyun-chul Kim(Professor, Seoul National University), Se Yeon Kim(Member of the National Assembly, Liberty Korea Party), Si-eun Choi (Director of Education, Future Party), and Yo-han Park(Student Body President, Yonsei University).
