Policy Recommendations Toward North Korea and Its Nuclear Development
The North Korean nuclear and missile problem is growing more serious, and its urgency demands a response that is both rapid and carefully calculated. The policies of past South Korean regimes, whether accommodative or sanctions-focused, have proven inadequate in resolving this pressing issue. It is clear that no progress can be made without newly designed approach based on complex diplomacy and co-evolutionary efforts. In this article, Professors Young Sun Ha and Chaesung Chun put forth a bold vision of a North Korea strategy for the new South Korean administration.
