On September 19th, The EAI Expert Forum was held in EAI conference room with Prof. Joseph Wong (University of Toronto) on "The Political Meaning of Defeat of the Party in Power." Moderated by Prof. Won-Taek Kang, the head of EAI Civil Politics Panel (Soong Sil University), and Prof. Byung-Kook Kim (Korea University), Prof. Hyuk Yong Kwon (Korea University) participated in the discussion on the topic presentation arguing the defeat of the party in power actually could an opt moment to internalize the values of democracy.
