The 9th ROK-U.S Dialogue 21 was held in the Swiss Grand hotel on 21th May to open an discussion on pending questions on the relation between Korea and the US. With Prof. Young-Sun Ha (Seoul National University), Trustee of EAI, as Chair of the discussion, Vershbow, the U.S. Ambassador stationed in South Korea began the session with his presentation on "Korea and The U.S.: The Expanding Relationship." Assemblyman Jin Hwa Ko from Grand National Party, Assemblyman Jong Ryul Kim from Uri Party, Assemblyman Sam Jung Sim from Democratic Labour Party, Assemblyman Seung Hee Lee from Democratic Party and Prof. Yul Sohn (Yonsei University) participated in discussion as designated discussants.
