The second conference of GlobalNet21 was held on the 25th November with more than 30 members and debaters at Seoul Club in Jangchung-dong. After the topic presentation on "Reassignment of the U.S. Army in Korea and the Concept of New Defense Strategy" by Professor Yong-Sup Han (National Defense University), the heated debate started with debaters including Eun-Suk Kim (North America Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade), Jang-Ryul Moon (Committee member of National Security Council), Sang-Hyun Lee (Security Policy department, Sejong Institute), Uk-sik Jung (Representative of Peace Network), and Do-Hyun Cha (Executive Director of KIDA).
