On December 16, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) hosted the Council of Councils Fourth Virtual Conference online. Prof. Yul Sohn (President, EAI) and Prof. Seungjoo Lee (Chair, Trade, Technology and Transformation Research Center, EAI) attended the virtual conference as the EAI delegation. At the conference, participants discussed the current situation and future challenges of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Since its creation in 2011 by the Council on Foreign Relations(CFR), EAI has participated in the Council of Councils as a founding member representing South Korea. By participating in annual dialogues with other CoC members, EAI contributes to discussions on effective policy responses to various issues, threats and opportunities, and helps to promote cooperation amongst international think tanks.
