The Asia Security Initiative Research Center at the East Asia Institute invited Mr. Tanaka Hitoshi for the 14th Smart Talk seminar on February 25, 2011. Mr. Hitoshi is chairman of the Institute for International Strategy at the Japan Research Institute, Ltd. and a senior fellow at the Japan Center for International Exchange. The topic of the seminar was “East Asia – Its Opportunities and Risks.”
