EAI held the 5th Smart Talk with Professor Joel S. Wit (Columbia University) on November 11, 2009. Professor Wit gave a presentation titled, “Four scenarios for a nuclear North Korea” which lays out four scenarios for the future and looks at their implications for the peninsula, region (China, Japan and maybe Russia) and the international community.
