The third EAI GlobalNet21 forum was held on 26th of January with more than 30 members and discussants at Seoul Club in Jangchung-dong. After the topic presentation on "The 2nd Bush Administration’s Policy Direction on WMD" by Dr. Ferguson (Council on Foreign Relations), the lively discussion started. U.S. Ambassador, Christopher Hill, also joined the banquet. He gave a short speech and answered some of the questions.
