East Asia Institute (EAI) and Brookings Institution held a private roundtable discussion on “ROK Indo-Pacific Strategy: Changing Global Order and the Role of Seoul.” Following the presentation of EAI President Sohn Yul (Professor at Yonsei University) and EAI National Security Research Center Chair Chaesung Chun (Professor at Seoul National University) on Seoul’s Indo-Pacific Strategy, Korean watchers and Indo-Pacific region experts in Washington DC exchanged views on the role of South Korea and its foreign policy directions as a pivotal global player.
