동아시아연구원은 1월 23일 오전 10시 미국 브루킹스연구소(Brookings Institution) 동아시아센터 리차드 부시(Richard Bush) 소장을 초청하여 제36회 스마트토크 포럼을 개최했습니다. 이번 포럼에서는 장성택 처형 이후의 북한정세, 중국 방공식별구역 설정에 대한 미국의 입장 및 대응, 한-중-일-미 관계와 미국의 역할에 대한 논의가 진행됐습니다.
