EAI interviewed Hyeyeong Jang, a member of the Justice Party, on the topic of “Sharing the South Korean Democracy Experience with the International Community. This interview was filmed to examine the success case and lessons of Korean democracy. MP Jang stresses that active civic participation is the most important factor that has led to the success of Korean democracy.

 

This interview was conducted as part of the Korean Democracy Storytelling Project supported by the National Democratic Institute (NDI).
