EAI has partnered with Genron NPO in Japan and Horizon Research Consultancy Group in China to conduct a survey in these three nations respectively on public opinion of relations amongst these three countries. On November 2 at 14:00, a press conference was held at the International House of Japan about the results of the three-nation survey. Dr. Yul Sohn, the chair of the Center for Japan Studies at East Asia Institute(professor of Yonsei University) participated. After the press conference, there was an international seminar with experts from the four nations based on the content of the survey. Participants sought diagnose the trend in mutual awareness and present not only a short term plan for normalizing the relationship but also a viable long term solution for future development.
