"EAI Academy: An Educational Experience for the Future Generation that will Lead South Korean Diplomacy"

The East Asia Institute (EAI) launched “EAI Academy: Seminar & Essay Competition on the
Future of South Korean Diplomacy” (August 11 to September 1, 2020), which is an
educational program dedicated to nurturing the future generation of experts on public
diplomacy. The program offers lectures by EAI fellows and experts on international studies
and politics that look into the future of the Asia-Pacific region, South Korea’s relations with
the U.S., Japan and China, the North Korea problem as well as multilateral diplomacy.
Following the program, participants receive certificates and partake in an essay competition
based on the lectures, which provides an opportunity for them to present their research and
receive feedback from EAI experts. pc
