Young leaders who participate in of Chicago Council NextGen Korea Study Mission program hosted by The Chicago Council on Global Affairs(CCGA) and Korea Foundation(KF) visited EAI on November 14.. Dr. Sook-Jong Lee presented on Women and Immigration in Korean Society, considering the status of women in Korean society, challenges in bringing more women into the workplace, as well as the impact of increased immigration and multicultural minority. In the seminar, participants discussed ways to decrease the social distance toward multicultural minority people and elevate the status of women.
