The 2nd Expert Seminar was held at EAI with Prof. Jacques Hymans (Smith College). With Prof. Sang-Hyun Lee (Sejong Institution) in Chair, Prof. Jacques Hymans (Smith College) presented on "Estimating the DPRK's Nuclear Intentions and Capacities: A Comparative Foreign Policy Approach." The session was followed by discussion with Prof. Kang Choi (Institute of Foreign Affairs & National Security), Prof. Ok Eem Chung (Sun Moon University), Prof. Ji Hwan Hwang (Seoul National University).
