The East Asia Institute (EAI) held the 2012 Seoul Nuclear Security Summit and Global Governance conference on February 13, 2012. Launched in early 2011, the EAI’s Nuclear Security Study Team consists of five leading South Korean scholars who have been analyzing and assessing the position and relevance of the Nuclear Security Summit among many other global governance institutions. At this conference, they outlined the main policy implications from their research which includes the nuclear policies and strategies of Northeast Asian countries.
