The East Asia Institute’s Center for Japan Studies(Director, Wondoeg Lee, Professor of Kookmin University) together with Korean Association of Contemporary Japanese Studies(Chairman, Kee-seok Kim, Professor of Kangwon National University) held the 15th InfraVision Forum on “A Field Report on the Effects of the Great East Japan Earthquake: Current Situation and Future Implications” on May 3, 2011. The forum included Japanese nuclear power plant inspection team’s field investigation report on the earthquake and invited experts and government personnel shared their insightful perspectives on the issue. The Japanese nuclear power plant inspection team consists of five persons: Kee-seok Kim(Chairman, The Korean Association of Contemporary Japanese Studies), Woong-Hee Kim(Professor of Inha University), Suk Hyun Kim(Professor of Tohoku University), Wondoeg Lee(Professor of Kookminn University/Dierector, EAI Center for Japan Studies), and Jin-ho Jeon(Professor of Kwangwoon University).
