The Asia Security Initiative Research Center at the East Asia Institute invited Mr. Strobe Talbott, president of the Brookings Institution, and Dr. Richard Bush, senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and director of its Center for Northeast Asian Policy Studies (CNAPS), for the 13th Smart Talk seminar on December 1, 2010.
