The era of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) is being replaced by a post-2015 development agenda, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), to feature multidimensionality, multi-stakeholderism, and universality. Taekyoon Kim (Professor, Seoul National University) analyzes how as a country that has transformed itself from aid recipient to donor, South Korea can provide unique insight on the ways countries can reform, grow, and capitalize on aid flows envisioned under the SDGs.
