EAI Asia Security Initiative Research Center is willing to provide research and learning opportunities for current undergraduate and graduate students through internship program.
About EAI
The EAI is a think-tank dedicated to the contribution of democracy, development of the market economy, and community peace building to East Asia. By conducting academic, survey and policy research, the EAI offers practical solutions and directions on the current issues in Korea and the East Asia. Also, in hosting scholarly seminars, forums, education programs, and issuing various publications, the EAI has had opportunities to collaborate with other leading foreign research institutions from more than 40 countries in the world including the U.S., China, and Japan. These efforts of the EAI have led it to be ranked 25th among the top 70 Security and International Affairs Think Tanks according to the ‘2012 Global Go-To Think Tank Index Rankings.
EAI Internship Program
EAI internship program started in August 2004 and more than 350 intelligent students have successfully completed the program. EAI has a clear goal for the internship program. We would like to help talented Korean students to experience how they can apply their education from school to the real world and learn the importance of partnership.

Eligibility |
This internship is open to all undergraduate and graduate students who are currently studying political science, international relations, economics, sociology and public administrations. (Proficiency in English and PC skills are preferred. Priority is given to students who are currently in a leave of absence or preparing to study overseas) |

Selection Process |
After reviewing applications, we will contact selected interviewees individually |
Internship Period |
Full-time 9:30am - 6:00pm At least 3 full-days per week (3 month is required. Priority is given to students who can work more than 6 months)

Providing meals, individual desk with PC, opportunities to participate in various projects and international seminars, and the official certificate.
