EAI invited General (retired) Burwell B. Bell for its weekly Intern Seminar on January 28, 2013. General Bell gave a speech on “The Future of the ROK-US Alliance” followed by Q&A with the interns.
EAI holds a weekly intern seminar on Mondays which provides educational opportunities for interns through a series of lectures. Lectures are given by EAI full-time staff and also outside guest lecturers.

About General (retired) Burwell B. Bell General Bell is a retired United States Army four star general. Prior to retirement, he was the Commander of United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command and United States Forces Korea from 2006 to 2008. After retirement, he joined the US Department of Defense as a consultant and provides proposals about East Asia security strategies of U.S through publishing and lectures. He is currently a member of EAI International Advisory Board.
