As part of the Korean Democracy Storytelling Project run by the East Asia Institute (EAI), a research team led by Professor Hun Joon Kim of Korea University invited experts from non-profit and non-governmental organizations to hold a meeting on “Transitional Justice and South Korean Democracy” on August 19. This project, supported by the National Democratic Institute (NDI), will conduct research under the theme of “South Korea’s Democratic Resilience.” Four research teams will publish issue briefings based on the online meetings and roundtable talks held in June, July, and August.
